Facilities and services
The grounds cover 2,400 m² of gardens on the hillside above Ulcinj, with two outdoor swimming pools. The main pool is open all year, with a shallow end for children, loungers and umbrellas set among tropical trees. The second, seasonal infinity pool sits beside the pool bar and looks out over the rooftops towards the Adriatic, with a plunge pool and a hot tub for a quiet end to the day. Spa facilities, a sun deck, a picnic area and a children's play area complete the outdoor space.
Breakfast is continental and halal, served beside the pool or in your apartment. The pool bar and coffee house serve drinks, coffee and cocktails through the day, with happy hour, fruit, wine and grocery deliveries available at an additional charge. Free Wi-Fi covers the whole property and free private parking is available on site without reservation.
Bicycles are free to use, and car rental, an airport shuttle and a shuttle service can be arranged at an additional charge. Off-site snorkelling, diving and fishing are easy to organise, and kite surfing at the nearby Dolcinium beach is a favourite with returning guests. Daily housekeeping, laundry, baggage storage, private check-in and check-out and invoices on request are all part of the service.
Apartments and studios are non-smoking, soundproofed and heated, with family rooms available and a designated smoking area outdoors. Safety is looked after with 24-hour security, key card access, CCTV in common areas and outside the property, fire extinguishers and in-room safes. Our team speaks English and Albanian.
House rules
Check-in is from 14:00 to 24:00 and check-out from 10:00 to 11:30 - please let us know your arrival time in advance. Children of all ages are welcome, children aged 6 and above are charged as adults, and a crib for children aged 1 to 3 is free on request. Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 10:00. Smoking is not allowed indoors, parties and events are not allowed, and pets cannot be accommodated. Cash and major cards are accepted.
